If elected, Arballo would be the first Latino to represent California’s 22nd Congressional District.
Washington, D.C.– Today, Latino Victory Fund announced the endorsement of Phil Arballo for California’s 22nd Congressional District. Arballo is a small business owner who is challenging Republican Representative Devin Nunes.
Latino Victory Executive Director Mayra Macías issued the following statement:
“Phil Arballo’s humble upbringing made him the leader he is today. He understands the complex issues impacting Central Valley’s working families. Latino Victory Fund is proud to endorse Phil Arballo for Congress because he will fight for an economy that works for all, lower prescription drug prices and fix our broken immigration system.
Macías added, “For far too long, Central Valley voters have been ignored by Washington insiders like Devin Nunes. They deserve a leader that will fight for them. That leader is Phil Arballo. He will galvanize a diverse coalition to defeat Devin Nunes this November.”
