Silvina joined Latino Victory after developing and executing winning field strategies in the 2012 and 2016 presidential elections and before taking back the House in 2018 as part of the DCCC’s National Field Team.
Immigrating from La Paz, Bolivia to the DC area at the turn of the millennium, Silvina began her career organizing for immigration reform during the DREAM Act of 2010. She has created and executed mobilization strategies for congressional, state, regional, and national electoral and advocacy efforts, most recently serving as the Campaigns and Advocacy Director at Guns Down America.
A product of community college at Montgomery College, she went onto attend the University of Maryland Baltimore County where she studied Political Science. In her spare time, she can be found spending time reading, spending time with family, or enjoying morning yoga with Mona, her Maltipoo.
